Here at Schwinn City we love DIY'ers. Why? Well, it tells us you're serious, or at least trying to save a buck here and there (who isn't?). That's fine with us. But, when you go a little past your skill level, you can rest assured you can bring it to us for help. Ron has been in the bicycle business all his life and he knows there are all sorts of riders. Every rider is different in their riding techniques as well as their maintenace and repair practices. No one does it exactly the same, so we simply say OK to that and help when you need it.

Stick to the Code! http://www.schwinncity.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=7:stick-to-the-code&catid=1:latest-news&Itemid=50 Code? There's a CODE? Sure there is... It's called the CVC (California Vehicle Code) -- and -- a bicycle is in fact, a VEHICLE too. As the owners of a bicycle shop, we become friends with our customers and we always encourage all riders (our friends) to obey the laws where they ride. We know, REALLY WE KNOW, it is tempting to run through that red light because you KNOW no one is going to hit you, but don't do it. You may get hit - with a TICKET!

Same goes for trail riders folks. Many parks have rules and regulations about bicyclists and where they are allowed to ride, and NOT ride, how they are to ride, etc.
