Schwinn City -- The Bike Shop is located in Antioch, CA, the gateway to the Delta! Open since 1940, this bike shop is a landmark and will continue to be one for decades more. Owned and operated by Ron and Kelly Lopez, the shop caters to all riders, young and old alike. Dirt rider? No problem - c'mon in. Serious century rider? Spin on down - we have what you need for your next century and more.

Our shop is located on A Street and Ninth Street with ample parking if you choose to drive over. ALWAYS plenty of space to park your bikes too!

FACE IT: Some people are simply Do It Yourself'ers. Here at Schwinn City we love DIY'ers. Why? Well, it tells us you're serious, or at least trying to save a buck here and there (who isn't?). That's fine with us. But, when you go a little past your skill level, you can rest assured you can bring it to us for help. Ron has been in the bicycle business all his life and he knows there are all sorts of riders. Every rider is different in their riding techniques as well as their maintenace and repair practices. No one does it exactly the same, so we simply say OK to that and help when you need it.

Code? There's a CODE? Sure there is... It's called the CVC (California Vehicle Code) -- and -- a bicycle is in fact, a VEHICLE too. As the owners of a bicycle shop, we become friends with our customers and we always encourage all riders (our friends) to obey the laws where they ride. We know, REALLY WE KNOW, it is tempting to run through that red light because you KNOW no one is going to hit you, but don't do it. You may get hit - with a TICKET!

Same goes for trail riders folks. Many parks have rules and regulations about bicyclists and where they are allowed to ride, and NOT ride, how they are to ride, etc.
